FAQ

Questions about Copenhagen tickets

The key answers before you book. More on the Copenhagen Card FAQ page and on each ticket page.

Is the Copenhagen Card worth it, or are single tickets better? +

The card pays off if you visit several attractions a day and use public transport. For a single visit, for example only Tivoli in the evening, a single ticket is cheaper. The card prices help you compare.

Is Tivoli included in the Copenhagen Card? +

Yes, entry is included, once per card. The rides are not; card holders can buy an unlimited ride pass at a reduced price. More on the Tivoli Gardens page.

Is Tivoli open all year? +

No. Tivoli opens in seasons: Easter and summer from March to September, Halloween in October and Christmas from mid-November to early January. In between, the park is closed. The current hours are on the opening hours page.

Can I cancel my ticket? +

It depends on the ticket. Tivoli tickets, the Copenhagen Card and the canal tour can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before. Some museum tickets are non-refundable. You see the conditions in the booking window before you pay.
